Shipping & Delivery
We make receiving (and returning) your jewelry as easy—and secure—as possible.
How Shipping Works
- We ship all orders via UPS
- Shipping is free both ways (delivery + return)
- Every package is fully insured
- You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships
- You'll receive your jewelry delivery on the first day of your rental period
Signature Required (Important!)
Due to the value of the jewelry, all deliveries require a signature.
That means:
- Someone must be available to sign on delivery day
- Delivery windows can be broad (UPS doesn't give exact times)
Not going to be home?
No problem — we've got other options.
- We can ship your package to a nearby UPS Store for pickup
- Your package will be safely held there
- You can pick it up on your schedule
- Just bring a valid ID and provide the tracking number that we've emailed you
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the continental United States only.
You can ship to:
- Your home
- A secure third party address such as a hotel where you are a guest
- A UPS Store location
Secure Delivery Addresses
Your shipping address should be a place where:
- You or a trusted adult can receive and sign for the package
- The package will be securely handled
If your building has a doorman or mailroom:
- They can sign for your package and keep it secured for you
- Once delivered there, the package is considered received
Returning Your Jewelry
Returning is just as easy as receiving.
- Use the prepaid return label included in your package
- Place the jewelry back in the provided packaging
- Drop it off at a UPS Store location
Important:
- Please do not use a freestanding UPS drop box
- Always hand it directly to a UPS employee and ask for a receipt
Multiple Items? You May Get Multiple Packages
If your jewelry comes from different Trejours vendors, you may receive:
- More than one shipment
- Separate return labels for each package
Just return each one the same way—easy.
Delivery Timing & Issues
- We do our best to ensure on-time delivery with Express shipping
- Once shipped, timing is controlled by UPS
- In case of a delay on UPS's end, we will try to provide a backup jewelry if the timing allows it
